Commit to reading the Bible every day. Find a devotional book or other resource that will give you some guidance. If your spouse is open to it, see if they will commit to daily Bible reading with you. Begin submitting each area of your life to its guidance and start building on the rock.

I'm asking God to show me how to handle a spouse with depression and anxiety and other health issues and how to keep positive about trying to have a child with my wife and be a family with her kids

Be supportive. And pray for patience and guidance.

We're reading a couple psalms each night it is one of my favorite times of day. Gods promises are what are going to keep us together I declare it in the mighty name of Jesus.

People base things on actions. Keep up on that Bible and eventually when she sees how if affects you, she will join you.
